Mike Wold was born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon, graduated from Linfield College in 1968 and studied Marine Biology and Ocean Engineering at Oregon State University from 1969 to 1974. Mike Wold has been in the rig moving business since 1975. He began his career in January of 1975 hauling the Alaskan Pipeline and running the haul road from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay. He worked on the North Slope for Mukluk Oil Field Services, and Veco as a rig-up hand, bed-tandem hand, truck pusher, and super intendant for 18 years.
Mike also built the first Western style ice roads in northern Russia in the early 90’s as a Peak Oilfield Services consultant to Conoco’s Polar Lights project. He then moved to Houston Texas and managed the start-up of Nabors Drilling’s Peak USA Energy Services, rig moving division with terminals throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado and Wyoming. His latest experience in the oilfield industry was as the Arctic Logistics Specialist for the Rig 274 Liberty Project of Parker Drilling and BP Alaska.
Mike has seen a need in the industry for a new generation of rig mat and has used his many years experience in the industry to design and build this new and exceptional product.

Craig has spent nearly 20 years in a variety of roles in the natural gas infrastructure industry including system design, project management, sales and marketing, new product development and product management. Originally from McMinnville, Oregon, he graduated from the University of Washington in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Craig has made Seattle, Washington his home. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family and his hobbies include skiing, hiking, climbing, golf and reading.

Susan has worked in business and office administration for over 25 years. She is originally from southern California, and majored in geophysics at Univ. of California – Dominguez Hills. Susan moved to McMinnville, Oregon in 1995 to raise her family, and has called it home ever since.
